Change up your workout routine every 3-4 weeks to prevent boredom and to keep your body from adapting (retarding your progress) to your workout. Do different exercises and different intensities to combat boredom. Also, find exercises that are fun! You can do the same for your eating routine. Try new healthy recipes to change things up.
