Poundage Update

Last week was not so good. If you didn't catch it, my washer broke and left me with a pile of dirty laundry 3 feet high. With that said, I had no clothes to wear to the gym. I know that is a horrible excuse but I honestly had no clothes to even wear to work. With that said, I only went to the gym last Monday.

I did a weigh-in however and lost .7 pounds. Nothing too spectacular but at least I had a loss.

I went to the gym tonight and did a mile on the elliptical and circuit training. This week is getting back into the habit. It was difficult today since it was 0 degrees but I did it. You can see in the photo we had a beautiful snowy day here in Denver. I am watching the news right now and Ed from CBS4 just said we only made it to 13 today! How is that for motivation?
