Hey guys! Hope your humpday is treating you well:D
I’ve spent the past couple of hours playing snake … feasting and letting my foodie digest before the rest of the aerobics insanity begins (spin #2 and Zumba).
I went to teach spin and wasn’t sure how many people would show up since I usually don’t teach the 11am class. It was PACKED!! There weren’t enough bikes for everyone that showed up… craziness. We had a great class -- I’m sure my style is much different than the girl who usually teaches, but hopefully they’ll be back!
I snacked on the forgotten Larabar from last night on my drive home:

For lunch I made a salad BEAST with romaine, greens, basil, sundried tomatoes, oregeno, red pepper flakes, sea salt, pepper, balsamic and grape tomatoes:

Oh, and a small mountain of raw goat cheddar:D
With some peach green tea extract H2O.

I cuddled up on the couch with my lunch and watched Center Stage with the puppies. Is anyone else hardcore into dance movies?? I just love them all :D
A little while later, I had another snack of Envirokids peanut puffs (Puffins reign supreme but they’re pretty tasty) with vanilla hemp milk:

You might not be able to see them, but positioned at the bottom of the coffee cup are two cocoa-carob macaroons. They came out wayyyy too crunchy, but taste great (I’m still working on perfecting these ones) but they make an awesome cereal companion ;)
It was so fascinating to me to read your responses to my thoughts about fueling properly in my last post. It seems like something that many of us have been through! It’s a tricky balance to find but I promise if you trust your body and make sure you’re eating enough to support your busy and active lives, it will happen. It’s been 7 years since I started my weight loss journey and I still feel like I’m always learning something new.
Time for round 2- spin and Zumba, followed by a beautiful Indian dinner and a glass of red vino ;)
Enjoy the rest of your day!
Much love,
G$
