This week I'm on week three of the Couch-to-5k program and I need to incorporate two days of weight training. I'm going to plan out my week so that I have the goals already set!
Monday - C25k W3D1 and Weight Training
Tuesday - no workout, probably a trip to Costco
Wednesday - C25k W3D2
Thursday - no workout, haircut in the evening
Friday - C25k W3D3 and Weight Training
I think that's a great manageable plan and I have the option to add weight training on Wednesday if I feel ambitious.
