Lunch: Eating Right Chicken Enchilada Frozen Meal - 300 cals
Total Calories: 300 calories
Evening Snack: Protein Powder - 140 cals, Skim Milk - 80 cals
Total Calories: 220 calories
Dinner: ????
Late Snack: ????
Not for sure what I'm going to eat for dinner and a late snack. It really depends on how much I burn during my workout to determine how much I get to eat.

Workout Schedule
4:45pm: Turbo Fire Fire 30 cardio class and Upper 20 strength training class
Also, does chasing a 1 year old around the house count as a workout?????
