Since my family reunion is this weekend, I plan to still workout. But food wise, I just plan to make smart choices (but at family cookout, this can be hard), not stress out, and enjoy myself. I'm not going to freak out by going over my calories since I don't eat like this everyday. Will get back on track on Monday!!!!!!! |

Workout Schedule:
I got up at 5:00am this morning to do my workout and it was tough. I'm not a morning person and I tried to put 100% in it but was very tired
5:00am - Turbo Fire 55 EZ Class - 631 calories burned
I still have to do Abs 10 when I get off today since I ran out of time this morning.
I also decided to do my weekly weigh in this morning since I am going to be out of town this weekend
