Planned Exercise and Meal Plan for 6/17/2011

Okay, maybe some of this is not planned since I already ate about half of it but I have been busy at work today........

Lunch: Steakhouse Chili - 240 cal, Green Grapes - 120 cal,

Evening Snack: Protein Shake - 190 cal
          Total Calories: 190 calories
Dinner: ???? (Maybe Baked Chicken)
          Total Calories: ??? calories
Late Snack: ???
         Total Calories: ??? calories

Total Calories: N/A

Workout Schedule:

4:45pm: Turbo Fire Fire 55 EZ Class and Abs 10 (Abs 10 is tough)
 
So excited that tomorrow I am finally getting my hair done.  I'm getting mirco braids which is going to take all day so I have to try to fit in my workout somehow.
