So yesterday I had a great workout......531 calories burned. For cardio I did the Fire 30 class and for strength training, I did the Upper 20 class. Let me tell you that the Upper 20 is no joke. My arms are hurting so bad this morning and I can barely type. For Dinner, I was way to lazy to cook something so I went for something fast. I know all fast food is bad so I picked the not so bad one. I got a steak and cheese sandwich from Subway and it was so good. The calories was not bad (380 calories for 6 inches but the sodium was crazy) and ending the night with a Fiber One brownie (a must have if you have not tried it yet). I need to do better planning out my dinner because I never know what I want to eat until I'm done working out and searching my fridge for something.

**Edit: I had to change up my breakfast and morning snack because my job cafeteria ran out my my favs. So for breakfast, I had a Yoplait strawberry yogurt - 170 cal and for for morning snack, I had a Granny Smith Apple - 101 cal.**
