the challengedo a 2 minute wall plank without dropping
how to accomplish this: at the end of your workouts add in a 1 minute wall plank. when you can successfully hold one plank for 60 seconds then tack on an additional 30 seconds. when 90 seconds is too easy then add 30 more seconds. i want you to be able to wall plank for 2 minutes without dropping! you will be saying hello summer abs in no time!
