I'm thrilled that I have signed up for a Pilates class. I've never tried Pilates; however, what I do know of it is something that I could benefit from. Like, strengthening my core? Yes, my core looks less like a core and more like a frumpy mess. I want to tone everything...I want to find my figure. And I know that Pilates can help with that.
I've also started back up walking during my lunch hour. I try to get in a minimum of 30 minutes. Thank goodness mother nature has improved our weather.
