Peanut Butter Banana Bites + Pro Compression Winner!

Looking for a pre or post workout breakfast?  I’ve been making these amazing little banana bites in the morning and they keep me full for hours!



1 banana sliced

1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt

2tbs of PB2 or 1tbs of natural peanut butter

1tbs of chia seeds (optional)


Mix PB2 (peanut butter) with 1/4 cup of greek yogurt


Add chia seeds


Spread mixture onto banana slices


Pop into the freezer for 15 minutes (this step is optional, but I like the taste of frozen/ semi- frozen bananas)

Enjoy, eat, devour!  This can also make an excellent mid-day snack!
