ONE BIG MEAL - DAY #9

THE BIG MEAL OF THE DAY:
BAKED BROCCOLI AND CHEESE BEEF QUESADILLAS
INGREDIENTS:
WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLAS - 5
GROUND TURKEY - 15.5 oz
BROCCOLI - 300 g
TOMATOES - 250 G
ONION - 150G
VODKA PASTA SAUCE - 1/2 CUP
CHEESE - LIGHT MEXICAN - 3/4 CUP
This was one of my favorite meals so far! It was a lot of food, really tasty , and filling.
WEIGH IN / MEASUREMENTS:
WEIGHT - 129.6lbs (
Lost .2
lbs since yesterday) Still below 130!
TRAINING:
10 minute warmup / Triceps / Delts / Chest / 20 minute Stairmaster (12 was HIIT)
Max out pushups:
1st time - 28 PUSHUPS
2nd time - 26 PUSHUPS
3rd time - ---- PUSHUPS - I only did them twice today.
SUPPLEMENTS:
5x fish oil pills = 5g
1x multi vitamin
1x calcium +D pill
WATER:
137.2 OUNCES
Tomorrow's big meal:
Shepherds Pie
