THE BIG MEAL OF THE DAY: Pasta with chicken and salmon
I enjoyed my pasta, even for breakfast. But I was starving in the morning. Maybe it was boredom? I really wasn't bored though. I didn't go to work because of traffic from another fire so I was getting lots done around the house. I made meals for the next two days. It wasn't until I went shopping that I didn't think about eating. Probably because I wasn't home.
TRAINING: Today I did a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill / biceps / back / legs / 11 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. It was a good workout.
Max out pushups: 1st time - 21 PUSHUPS 2nd time - 24 PUSHUPS 3rd time - 22 PUSHUPS

Tomorrow's big meal: Tofu, bacon, veggie, yogurt casserole
