On My Ipod
Since I'm flying out to Arizona on Wednesday for some business I've been spending some time this weekend updating my ipod and arranging some work to get done. Here's what I added or will add
-John Berardi's Muscle Bible Interview . It's so good that I have to listen to it at least once a week.
-The Madonna and Justin Timberlake song. Laugh but that song is the truth.
-Tuesdays FitcomXpo presentation that I'm giving on The Physique Formula:Training and Nutrition Strategies to Maximize Body Composition
Where I'll cover
-The exact A-B-C formula for adding muscle using full body and body part split training (Warning: this isn't your usual strength guru full body training speech either nor is it bodybuilder dogma 100% new info)
-The step-by step basics for constructing a muscle building diet to add pounds of size without gaining body fat, especially stomach fat.
-Which muscle building supplements to use and at what dosages. Stop just popping pills in your mouth.
