OK, OK—-I didn’t workout again. ...

OK, OK—-I didn’t workout again.  It is not like me to not workout.  I haven’t been to the gym since Sunday—that is 3 days off.  I can feel the fat just growing.  Guilt is building and I NEED to get to the gym tomorrow.  My weight is back up.  Life is not far, I have already accepted that fact.  I have a thyroid problem and it is very hard for me to loose weight—so taking 3 days off is not good for my weight.  I am not pigging out on bad food, I just haven’t given my body the workout jump-start that it needs.  Thursday I will work out.  Today I will enjoy my last day of vacation and hope my throat feels better in the morning.
