So its a been a while since my last post (Monday) and that might have something to do with not being in the mood to do anything :( I think its just one of those weeks in a funk. Anyway usually I start off my day with a green smoothie, but today I decided to mix it up and have some super oatmeal (oats, flax seeds, banana, blueberries, and almonds)
While I ate this for breakfast today this is actually what I usually eat for lunch. It is just so easy for me to whip up at work. After the oatmeal I made my way to the gym for a quick 20min stairmaster session, followed by spin class. Lots of cardio for a Friday :)
I have been craving grapefruit for a week and when a bunch showed up a work yesterday I took one home and ate it today in the car while running errands.
And I ate a thinkThin bar, Which was good and I'm still full from it. That's my day so far now I'm going to work on what new moves I'm going to incorporate into my yoga class tomorrow. Love for the weekend.
