What better time to have a hydrating giveaway than during a heat wave? Nuun Active Hydration was kind enough to send me some samples of their electrolyte tabs that you add to water to give it a little flavor and an electrolyte boost without all of the added sugars!

Let me preface with the fact that I am NOT normally a fan of flavored water, but I really enjoyed this! While I thought the flavor was a little strong (I may not have used enough water), the taste was good and I really did feel refreshed afterward (considering it’s over 90 degrees here, I was happy)!

So how does it work? Nuun comes in a tube (water resistant so you can throw it in your gym bag, pack, purse, or just hold it in your hand). Each tube comes with enough tabs for 6 liters of water. Drop the tab in your drink, wait 2 minutes, and enjoy!
