Nutrition Q & A

Q: I'm in my mid 30's and am pretty fit yet it appears that my hips are wider. Now I read your blog regularly and have been following some of your supplement recommendations. I have visible abs but, not to sound like a women, my hips are huge.

A: This has become more and more of a problem with men, who while relatively lean, still possess big hips. We've been banging on the wrong door for fat loss by assuming it was just poor sugar management. One recent study actually even showed that men's hips have grown an average of 2 inches in the last 30 years.

This is actually related to xeno - estrogens , which are environmental toxins that have estrogen like factors. You'd first need an anti-estrogen supplement like DIM or Resverstrol . At the same time you should eliminate drinking from or heating plastic containers, decrease all that cologne, decrease your intake of canned food and buy more organic food.

Not trying to sound like the world is coming to an end but it's the truth in this case.
