The other day in the grocery store, I was craving Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. They were a HUGE craving of mine over a year ago. My husband and I used to buy them in bulk. Now, when I think of them, my teeth actually hurt at the thought of all the sugar in them! YUCK! So while I think it might not have been the Reese’s that I was actually craving, but the thought of peanut butter and chocolate together.
So, I picked up some peanut butter and chocolate chip rice cakes ( I normally don’t eat rice cakes, too many carbs for me) and headed home to make my concoction. I topped the rice cake with all natural peanut butter and then added some dark chocolate chips. I even made a face out of it! Like the title says, “Not so healthy, but yumm”. And it was definitely that! I guess it was a better choice than the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!
