There's a new ball I just found out about that bounces on water. It's called the Waboba Ball, and a game's been developed using it. Click on the post title above to see it in action. Looks like pretty good exercise to me! Has anyone ever played it?
Me too! I can't seem to figure out how it does that. All balls I've played with in the water either just sink or float lazily. This is kind of exciting and looks like a great workout for both the upper and lower body.
