New shoes

Here's the shoes that I ended up getting, the Nike Air Zoom Structure Triax+ 11 (in the above blue and white color combo)! Yesterday I did a 12 minute mile and only stopped because I was drained. I haven't ran since high school so this was a great feeling. I also did 45 minutes on the elliptical and three laps walking on the indoor track. Today is my BodPod, but I'm going to not workout and re-schedule for tomorrow. I need a rest as I'm pretty sore today!
