So as you know, being unable to runhas been a huge downer for me, but I'm going to do what I can, exercise-wise. Which means no more excuses. And a schedule! (Anytime I'm serious about anything, I write it down.) Here's what it looks like right now:
I know that's not much cardio, but I'm just going to ease myself back in. Right now, it's more important for me to keep moving and be consistent rather than to have looong lifting sessions.
