My Workout Schedule This Week

Make an exercise sched that you can stick to!


Hi Guys!

So as you know, being unable to run has been a huge downer for me, but I'm going to do what I can, exercise-wise. Which means no more excuses. And a schedule! (Anytime I'm serious about anything, I write it down.) Here's what it looks like right now:

MON: 15 mins strength training (one of Taj's routines )
TUES: 30 min-walk from work
WEDS: 15 mins strength training
THURS: 30 min-walk from work
FRI: Rest
SATURDAY: A Yoga/Pilates class

I know that's not much cardio, but I'm just going to ease myself back in. Right now, it's more important for me to keep moving and be consistent rather than to have looong lifting sessions.

How about you? What does your workout schedule look like? Or what do you want it to look like?
