My Trick To Get To 9% Bodyfat



Most anyone that follows my podcast, which you can download

through itunes by searching for "how to build muscle and lose fat"

or through my blog, knows that I have been dieting to get ready

for the upcoming release of the Physique Formula.



Well I'm always telling people that dropping bodyfat is easier

than you think and that you need to do three things



1)Perform high intensity cardio intervals



2)Train with high reps using full body movements with low rest

periods



3)Keep your blood sugar stable with a low carb, high fat diet.



Right?



We can add something else to that now and it's called neee.



Say it with me, neee



NEEE stands for Non-Exercise Energy Expenditure



Which means what you do outside of your workout to burn calories.



It really could be anything, it could be mowing the lawn, it could

be doing intense yard work. Anything that raises your metabolism

and makes you burn more calories.



It doesn't have to be anything long either. For me it's jumping rope

like Sly in Rocky.



I do it for about 4 or 5 minutes, am covered in sweat and have

burned probably another 200-300 calories on top of my workout.



Not bad right?
