*burn 500 cal/week via cardio on Week 1 (Nov 25-Dec 1 )

*burn 600 cal/week via cardio on Week 2 (Dec 2-Dec 8)

*burn 700 cal/week via cardio on Week 3 (Dec 9-Dec 15), Week 4 (Dec 16-Dec 22), Week 5 (Dec 23-Dec 29), Week 6 (Dec 30 -Jan 5)

*burn 800 cal/week via cardio on Week 7 (Jan 6-Jan 12)

*burn 900 cal/week via cardio on Week 8 (Jan 13-Jan 19)

*burn 1000cal/week via cardio on Week 9 (Jan 20-Jan 26), Week 10 , Week 11, Week 12

Sounds like a great plan! I'm going to be one of those awful people in January who has to hit it hard and lose weight!
