My New Workouts

Posted Aug 11 2008 9:01pm

sexy legsI sortta bowed of out the TT challenge. I guess I just don’t have the motivation enough to stay in it. Plus there are lots of amazing people on there that are making HUGE transformations! I can’t wait to see who wins!

I decided to put together my own workouts, and put more focus on my lower body. I am really happy with my upper body finally, so now its time to work the rest. So here is the workout I put together:

Workout A:

A1) Romanian Deadlift x 12
A2) Pushups x 15
B1) Split Squat x 12
B2) Reverse Grip pulldown x 10
C1) Walking lunges x 15
C2) Side Plank x 30 seconds

Workout B:

A1) BSS (Bulgarian Split Squat) x 12
A2) BB Row x 10
B1) SB Leg Curl x 12-15
B2) Close Grip DB press x 12
C1) Sumo Squat x 12
C2) SB Jacknife x 12

Tuesday was Workout A, Wednesday was intervals on treadmill and today was Workout B. The strength training workouts KICKED MY BUTT, literally! I was so sore yesterday, but love being sore! It shows that I am working muscles that haven’t been really worked in a while. I was planning on wearing my HR monitor to see how many cals I burned and how high my HR got, but I forgot. I plan to do it Sunday though.

Give my workout a try and let me know how it works for you!
