My Effective, Fat-Burning Interval Cardio Workout Today

Posted Dec 29 2008 4:39pm
Need to change up your cardio routine? Let's face it, cardio is not the most appealing exercise for many people....personally, I don't really like it so I change my interval cardio routine almost every workout.....and, I usually do my cardio exercise outside because I hate running on machines.....so, this workout is one that I will do today because its quick (20 minutes) and effective (high calorie burn and fat burn )!

This is my workout today:

Warmup - 5 minutes, Jump rope

Alternate step ups (1 minute) and medicine ball chops (1 minute) for 20 minutes. Walk for 30 seconds between exercises.

You can do both exercises full speed or moderate speed, depending on your fitness level or your body's condition that day. And, you can choose different exercises if you like. Just change it up to keep cardio interesting! It works for me!

Have a great workout today!
