Move of the Month: April Gut Buster

Now THIS will get you ready for that bikini you've been thinking about!

Sit in a V-Sit position and pull your abs in tight (good posture). Hold a light medicine ball (4lbs or less) and alternate each leg coming up, passing the ball under the over. Do not rest your feet on the floor, keep your legs up and moving. Keep it going for about 60 seconds then rest and do it again.

It hurts so good!
