Yep, Lazy. I just came home, kicked off my shoes, sat on my butt and even took a nap. Don't you just hate it when you have something planned and then you change it at the last minute. Mentally while I was at work, I was like, "I'm going to kick Tony's butt today" but when I got home, I was like "F#@k this S#@t"
So today, I just said to myself, "You know what, there was no excuse for me missing yesterday's workout........I'm not doing that again." So this brings me to my first goal
1st: Not to miss anymore classes of my hybrid schedule for no dumb excuses - Of course if I'm sick, hurting, or something really major comes up (and if something comes up with my Fam), then common sense will tell me to miss but not just because I want to take a nap.
2nd: To start cooking home cooked meals at least 5 to 6 days a week. Last month, I did pretty okay with this but kind of fail towards the end. I still want to continue this goal because it really saves me time and money.
(Even if it's quick fix meals......I'm still down)
3rd: To wrap up everything with Lil Lady's birthday party before February 10th - Her B-Day is on the 15th and her party is on the 19th..........and I don't want to stress or wait to the last minute to get everything done (like I did last year).
And I had to share this with everyone because I thought this was so funny. By now, I know you all have seen many S#@t Women Say topics on You Tube but this was the first time I saw this one (while on the MFP boards this morning, someone posted this link) so I had to share

As you can see from my diary, I didn't do my workout that I had planned because simply I just didn't do it. One word..........Lazy
