Monthly Goals: August Edition

My goals from  last month has been great and  I am happy that I completed three goals
-Completing Turbo Fire
-To be 145 by July 31st (I'm 143 as of today)
-Drink at least 8 cups (8oz) of water a day

One big goal that I try to accomplish is to lower my sodium levels.  I started so well with my sodium levels but towards the end of last month, it has gone downhill.  I still want to try to reach this goal by the end of this month
1st goal:  Weigh 140lbs by the end of this month - This is still a big number for me (still don't really know the reason why).

2nd goal:  Drink at least 12 cups (8oz) of water a day - It's hot here so I need to be drinking more water.

3rd goal:  Workout at least 6 times a week - Hopefully with adding in a new program, this will keep me motivated to workout and to tone up a little.

4th goal:  To keep my sodium levels at 2500mg a day - This is my biggest hurdle but I'm ready to battle it head on.
