It’s the last week of Preschool for Colleen. While I am glad that we won’t have to be out the door at a certain time each morning it will be a little weird and I will definitely need to change our schedule around.
The Anatomy/ Kinesiology section of the ACSM book is going to kick my tail! I didn’t do well in those classes in college and I’m going to have to keep going over the information so I can hopefully understand it eventually.
This is a deload week for me! While I love lifting heavy it’s nice to take it a little easier when we have a hectic week.
The HIIT that I did last week was run 30 secs/walk for a min on the treadmill for about 20 mins. I did it twice last week and had no shin pain! Not sure if I’ll get to get outside to run today but I might set my watch for intervals and do it outside, maybe even run for a min/walk for 30 secs to keep my heartrate up even more. I’m excited for the Fall when I will have 3 hours 3 times a week to be able to run outside!!
