The plie squat.
An oldie but a goodie (like its demonstrator).
Remember: Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart & toes pointed out. Inhale and bend until thighs are thisclose to parallel with floor. Push through your heels as you exhale and return to the start position.
