May 11th - Back to Tracking

I just wanted to eat and eat and eat today. GRRR. I hate that feeling! I tried not to but I know I ate more calories then I tracked.  I had a salad from Chili's.  I had no BBQ sauce, no dressing, and no tortilla strips. It couldn't have been that many calories but I bet there were more calories in the chicken then I tracked.  

Then I was just antsy at work and when I got back to my room. Maybe I need a change?  Good thing I'll be out of here in a week.  I've been looking at apartments in DC and I'm getting really excited about moving there.   I think it's just what I need.

I am off to bed!
