Max Effort Squat Workout

I spent a lot of time breaking in my new metal squat suit, so as you can see I didn't do a lot of assistance work today. If you can work up to a max single in 30 minutes or so then feel free to add some Good Mornings for 5 x 5.
  • squat, work up to a max single
  • kettlebell swings, 40kg 4 x 15
  • standing band crunches 4 x 10
