Max Effort Bench Press Day

This weekend is the last tough training session before the powerlifting meet on the 29th. So the goal here was to practice competition style benching while really going for some real weight.
  • work up to a heavy raw bench press
  • shirted bench work
    • 80% x 3
    • 90% x 1
    • 100% x 1
  • shirted and 2 board bench
    • max effort single
  • pull-ups paired with dips 5 x 10-20
  • rows 4 x 10
  • triceps dumbbell toss 4 x 10
