Mass-transit exercise

Walking was the way I kickstared my weightloss, so I love sharing any stories I find about how it can help people reach their fitness goals. I'm also a huge proponent of walking or biking to work if it's close enough, and I just read about "mass-transit exercise." (Click on link above)

You'll be helping yourself, and the environment, by walking to the train or subway, and then walking from your stop to work.
