The reason they want you to fit in... is that once you do, then they can ignore you. http://bit.ly/442Uw7 6 days ago

Mario Lopez Knockout Fitness

Posted Jun 05 2008 2:01pm

Mario Lopez Knockout FitnessMario Lopez, who stared in “Saved by the Bell” and is enjoying renewed fame from an appearance on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” released a new fitness book, “Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness,” which explains all those shirtless photos opps not too long ago. Knockout Fitness, a six-week plan co-written by author Jeff O’Connell, provides exercises to tone muscle and burn fat from many different workouts including dancing, swimming and yoga.

Mario’s attitude is a great takeaway, “Stick with it!” With hard work and a proper diet, anyone can improve their health.

Mario’s Fitness Tips:

  • Make it interesting: If it’s not a fun workout, change it or you’ll lose interest quickly. (Hmmm, sounds familiar, now where have we heard that before)?
  • Keep muscles guessing: Try a workout you may not have thought of trying before.
  • Don’t make excuses: If you don’t have time for a full workout, fit in quick, 10-minute workouts while watching TV or while the kids are taking a nap.

Mario really is one singular sensation.
