Just back from two weeks vacation. Hard to keep the momentum when riding a motorcycle 5-6 hrs a day, but I managed to work out at least every other day.
Now I'm back at the farm and kicking it up a notch...hurahhh.
Greater intensity and more weights. I feel great. The injury is 98% healed and I'm able to do curls again with lighter weight than before. Gradually it should get easier.
Just taking it a day at a time. My habit now is to head to the gym every day at lunchtime. Fun! I love it.
