I am 52yr female. I have lower abdominal (pelvic) pain-mostly right side when I try to sit up from laying down. It increases when I run. I stopped running for about a week & the pain was almost gone, so I tried running yesterday & it worsened. I did non-impact exercise on elleiptical last week & did not aggravate it. Sometimes it feels like a dull ache in lower abdomen & sometimes it feels like a pinch where my legs attach to my body. Is this a pulled muscle?
