Low-Fat vs. Low-Carb Diet for Weight Loss

Posted Jun 16 2009 7:53pm
Is there a "best weight loss diet"?

Some people jump on the low-fat craze while other jump on the low-carb bandwagon.  But is there a difference between either one?  And, if so, which is better?

Well, as you know, I'm not a huge fan of either approach but I've compiled some startling findings from recent research that will finally end the debate.

YURI

P.S. Have you had experience with either one? I'd love to get your feedback.
