We went down to the gym at the Sheriff’s Dept tonight. Cadence slept from 3:30 till 7! So she was wound up. We went at 8:30. She was fine to play her leapster and just chill while we lifted. I did….

Preacher- 40lbs/40 reps
Bench Press-  50/17 reps
Bicep Curls- 25s/15 each side.
Sitting pull ups- 60lbs/25 reps
45 lb Kettle Squats- 40
Abs with 5lbs.
Abs on exercise ball with 8lbs.
