Last night I had trouble falling...

Last night I had trouble falling asleep. It was after midnight when my body finally felt relaxed enough to sleep.  This happens to me on occasion.  It usually lasts up to a week. Recent reports have stated that getting enough sleep—for me that would be around 7 hours, are as important ,if not more important to maintain good health and add in loosing weight than working out and dieting.  So——-I turned my alarm off this morning at 5:15 and tried to get more sleep.  I have plans to workout this morning.  The plan is to watch a friends son this morning while she works out and then when she is done, she will watch my son so that I can get a workout in.   Will write about what I do for a workout later today.  Today is cardio and then calves and hamstrings.
