In one of my earliest blogs I wrote about how to healthfully eat at a diner. In that blog, I was referring to The Diner on 18 th Street in Washington, D.C. Well, there is an even more famous diner on 18 th street that I did a Q & A event at tonight...
The Duplex Diner!
For those who haven't heard of 'Duplex', this diner is not necessarily famous for their food, service, or affordability (all of which are great), but their boys. As it was named one of the top 50 greatest gay bars in the world!
So visiting for a Q & A session I had to disappoint some customers that thought the 'Q' stood for something that rhymed with b eers and the 'A' as something that rhymes with gr ass.
Nope! Just question and answer, gentlemen.
And what was the top question that I was asked during the night? Maybe something on getting ripped abs, building bigger biceps, or chiseling out the chest? Not even close! The #1 question asked was, drum roll please......
You are straight?!?! (or maybe that's more of a comment)
Yes, very. Ruler like. Love the guys, but really really really love the ladies. There were a few broken hearts, but hopefully more inspiration and motivation built!

Flex your entire body if there is a cute guy within 30 feet
Push-ups and dips on the bench outside to make a pumped appearance
Like Beyonce, have your server ‘upgrade ya’by tailoring a healthier meal
Don't:
The Reuben – if you’rewhoyou eat, that is one American not to Idol
Add soda or juice to your drink - keep it straight …like me
Get caught stuffing your face with late night burritos, falafel, or jumbo pizza – don’t be the calorie queen
