I was so excited to work out with the KB, as I have been interested in these for a long time. So, Sunday morning, I grabbed the DVD, popped it into my laptop and did the following basic exercises: 1. Turkish GetUps *These were tough on my knees, and took a lot of practice. I also used the 9lb. KB I already had..didn’t think I could do it with the 15lb one. 2. 2 Arm Swings *I actually love these! I just wanted to keep doing them and doing them! Especially when I could feel them in directly in my glutes when I did the SQUEEZE!! 3. 1 Arm Swings *These were great too, just felt a little differently than the 2 arm swings. 4. Alternating Swings *Struggled a bit with these, in the switching. Never lost hold of the KB, but was afraid I just might! 5. Clean *This one will need some practice. Kept hitting my wrist with the KB when I brought it up! Hurt a bit, thought it might leave a bruise! 6. Press *Now this one I could do and I liked it. 7. Front Squat *I really liked this one also. Anything that works my backend I am sure to LOVE! I still have yet to tackle the workout they sent me, but first I wanted to get the basics down. So the workout will be coming up another time!
