Kettlebell Daily Workout, Kettlebell Juggling

Kettlebell juggling is probably the most fun fat loss workout you will ever do. Kettlebll juggling will increase your grip, back, abdominal and hamstring strength as well improve your conditioning, all while just playing around! Don't be intimidated by it either, once you have spent some time learning kettlebell swings, cleans and snatches, you are ready to start juggling. I will say this though, use a lighter kettlebell than normal as a falling bell is heavier than one already in your hand!

There are no rules or templates for kettlebell juggling, just experiment and play trying different tricks. The goal is to keep the kettlebell moving while keeping yourself amused. Don't be surprised if you almost pass out due to fatigue either! You will be so focused on not dropping the kettlebell that you will not notice the systemic fatigue raising in your body.

What do you mean when you say kettlebell juggling? what exercises are best?

My trainer taught us to do kttlebell juggling with just the swing, and he said the way you do it is the let the kettlebell go at the top of the movement during the and regrab it on the descent.

 It was really tough and i could only do about 30 until i was dead tired
