Kettlebell Daily Workout for Fitness and Weight Loss

Today's kettlebell daily workout focused on conditioning and fat loss. It was done at a brisk pace to maximize time efficiency and really had me sweating buckets at the end.

  • Mobility Work, 15 minutes
  • Warm-up (lunges, lateral lunges, inchworms, T-push-ups)
  • Deadlifts 2 sets x 15 reps
  • Step-ups paired with kettlebell overhead press 2 x 15
  • 2 point kettlebell row paired with leg lifts 2 x 15 reps
  • kettlebell swings x 50 reps
  • kettlebell swings x 35 reps
  • kettlebell clean and press x 1o reps/side followed by kettlebell swings x 20 reps (repeat for 3 sets total)
  • kettlebell swings x 50 reps
