Just Keep Swimming

I've been trying to keep on going even though I wasn't really losing weight. I've been stuck at 188 lbs for a while now, but after yesterday and being able to fit into my size 12 skinny black pants yesterday I figured I should take progress photos and my measurements again.

I think I'm looking much more toned and there's less stuff jiggling about!

I also am a lot thinner through the midsection and my butt is starting to firm up.

If you want to see this better, click on the image. I'm very happy with my progress and very happy with the results from having a personal trainer! I may not be losing weight but I am losing inches still and I know it's not muscle that I'm losing as I'm increasing the amounts of weight I use when I'm at the gym! I'm so happy with my progress and amazed at how much my measurements have improved!
