Just boring cardio

yea... nothing exciting today... no lifting, cardio only....

 reading a great book though, written by my therapist, so my attention was captured and time flew by - well ok not really FLEW by but...

60 minutes on step mill - 4.45 miles/240 floors and 30 minutes on treadmill, incline 10 speed at 3mph...
