iv been doing weights for years now but just lately iv got very bad aching wrists do you if its to do with my weights

It could have something to do with the weight. You may have injured yourself during some other activity and just notice when you lift, or it could be the way you're lifting. I would see a doctor to make sure it's nothing serious, and won't become worse. Also you may want to check your form while lifting to make sure you're not unnecessarily stressing your body.
