I’ve decided to step it up.

All this talk of maintenance got me thinking.

Am i happy with where my body is physically? Yes (as much as can be expected from a woman)

Am I actively trying to lose weight/gain strength? No.

Have I made the transfer from white knuckling and forcing my healthy lifestylke on myself to it being ingrained in me, with the occasional drunken trip to Jank in the Box (without me driving of course)? Yes.

So far so good.

Am I enjoying my workouts/exercise? Not so much.

My routine has gone stale. I need to switch it up. Which means I need 2 things: a goal (a fun one) and new activities.

My goal: to do a pullup. thats right, just one will suffice. (ERIN, you with me?) no due date. no deadline. no urgency. just a test to push myself.

My new activities? Well, you are just going to have to wait and see….
