I have suffered a few stress fractures through the years (calanus and metatarsal). I now suspect I have one in my low shin (close to the inside of my ankle). I am resgistered to participate in a sprint triathalon in 4 weeks. I am planning to focus on the biking and swimming and stop running until very close to the race. However, I was curious if there is any way to tape an ankle/shin to reduce further injury for the runs I will need to do for race day and minimal preparation before. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
